Warping mill

The vertical warping mill is foldable. With a circumference of 220 cm and a tube height of 1 meter, it can hold approximately 20 meters of warping length. In 2024, we improved the warping mill by adding two ball bearing rings. This makes it run more smoothly and lightly, and the extra weight makes it more stable in use.

Texsolv & cords

A heddle controls the height of a warp thread in the loom. Each heddle has an eye in the middle through which the warp thread runs. Heddles are supplied in bundles of 100 (standard in white), secured with four clips so that they can be easily mounted and organized on the shaft frame.

Reed & Stretcher
Metric reeds sold by Louët are described as the number of teeth per 10 cm.
- 40-10 means 40 teeth in 10 cm.
- 1 inch = 2,54 cm.
- This means 10 cm = 3,937 inch.
Conversion:
- Take the first number in the measurement of a metric reed (for example, for 50-10, take 50; for 60-10, take 60).
- Divide this number by 3.937.
A 50-10 reed therefore has 12.7 teeth per inch.
Use in imperial calculations:
For example, if you need 12 teeth per inch, skip approximately every other inch.
Stretcher
A stick or tool used to keep the warp threads under tension or evenly spaced when dressing the loom.

Second warp beam
This second warp beam, complete with cords, heddle frame, tie bar, cross slats, and beam slats, is mounted in the rear section of the loom. The second heddle frame has blocks for attachment to the first heddle frame; it is easy to slide on and off.Jane 40 Jane 50 Jane 70 Jane 90

Dobby Accessories
Dobby bars per 10
Dobby bars (selector bars) allow you to easily program your weaving pattern on a mechanical dobby. Each bar has numbered holes that correspond to the shafts; by placing cams, you determine which shafts go up.
Weight for program bars
The weight of the program bars, essential for correct tension of the chain threads on a dobby loom.
Computer Dobby
The computer dobby combines the convenience of electronic weaving with the precision of modern software. Design and program your patterns on the computer and let the loom do the rest.
Ideal for those who want to weave comfortably, accurately, and with endless pattern possibilities.
Interface Solenoide
The solenoid is the heart of the electronic interface: an electromagnetic component that activates each shaft precisely at the right moment.
Easily replace or upgrade a solenoid to maintain the reliability and precision of your dobby loom.
Electronic Interface
The electronic interface allows you to control your dobby loom directly from your computer. You are no longer limited by the number of heddles, but can design and weave any pattern you desire.
Compatible with software such as Fiberworks PCW, Patternland, Weavemaker, Weave It, WeavePoint, Winweef, and Pro Weave, which control the Louët interface directly.
Weaving becomes more comfortable, more accurate, and more creative than ever before.
Mechanical Dobby
With the mechanical dobby, you can easily program your weaving pattern with selection bars and cams, instead of tying pedals.
Each selection bar determines which shafts move, allowing you to weave quickly and accurately without kneeling or tying pedals.
Comes with 20 selection bars and offers a comfortable, efficient way of weaving.
