Since its inception (more than 50 years ago), the S10 has received many small improvements. Now the spinning wheel has undergone a great metamorphosis; you can design your own S10C by choosing a single or double-treadle base and Irish or Scotch tension system. Then you choose the look of the flywheel: the classic S10 wheel, the Julia wheel with three spokes or the new wheel with five spokes and choose your flight, coils and other accessories. Every Louët S10 wheel comes with 3 bobbins, a flyer, a lazy kate. With a small amount of assembly, you can be spinning in minutes - the wheel is delivered ready to go! There are alot of options available, great birthday and Christmas gifts! Another option is to go for a fully loaded S10 right from the start, get everything you may need right away! With the S10 Concept, the choices are all yours. Build the wheel you want!
Afterwards you can always add to your S10C by purchasing additional components: from single to double treadle (or vice versa), a different wheel or a different tension system. Do you want to spin with Scotch tension and twine with Irish tension? Then all you have to do is change the Mother of All of your spinning wheel with flyer and bobbins! The new S10C spinning wheel is extraordinarily versatile; you can adapt your wheel to any type of spinning that you wish to do.
